Marketing

We'll prepare your property for rent and evaluate the current rental market to get you the best return on your investment. We have a well developed system to ensure your property is ready and will be listed quickly. We'll market your property on a host of digital platforms, including Zillow, Apartments.com, Realtor.com, as well as on the local MLS.

Tenant Relations

We strive to provide the best costumer service for our tenants. We utilize AppFolio and many other digital tools to streamline the showing, screening, application and tenancy process. We perform background checks on all prospective tenants, perform employment verification and look into previous rental history. We perform regular inspections of our properties to ensure tenants are properly maintaining the property. We also preform a detailed annual inspection approximately 60-90 days prior to lease renewal to determine whether we want to renew the lease with the tenant or not.

Property Maintenance

We understand your property is a significant investment. We also strive to provide the best experience we can for our tenants as well. AppFolio is a powerful tool that has allowed us to respond in a much quicker and efficient manner. We've assembled a team of various contractors (Plumbers, HVAC, Electricians, Handymen, Roofers, Pest control, Landscapers and more) to help respond quickly and in a cost effective manner to all maintenance requests.
