Kim Coates

Kim has been a staple within the organization since 2010. She started with hard money lending and then in 2020 transitioned over to Mull Real Estate and Mull Properties. Kim currently serves in an office manager and property manager role, managing the daily needs of the office, accounting, tenant relations and maintaining accountability with tenants. Kim strives to provide excellent customer service and cultivate strong relationships with our tenants to provide the best experience for them.

Kim grew up and lives on the outskirts of Oklahoma City and stays busy as a mom of two active teenagers.
